Team Building

While we are rigorous and focused in our work, we also believe that having opportunities for team members to interact in a casual and social environment is an integral part of Element’s culture. To this end, we host several team events throughout the course of the year, some including spouses and families, where the team gathers for food, fun, and games. We also have groups that meet regularly for healthy happy hours, book clubs, and other activities.
